Cabela's Weekend Itinerary Main Street in Historic Downtown New Madrid, Missouri will be a buzz with activity on May 30-31, 2008 as it hosts the 4th Annual Cabela’s King Kat Tournament. There will be activities for the entire family including an arts and crafts show, a car and bike show, and lots of activities for the kids. Hooked On Science’s own Jason Lindsey will be on hand Saturday May 31 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with science experiments every half hour! Local craftsman, Jack Lewis, will be doing duck call making demonstrations throughout the day as well. Due to high water levels, there will be no youth fishing rodeo, skeet shoot or archery tournaments this year. The safety of our children is very important and we do not want to put them in harms way. There will also be activities on the school grounds of the Immaculate Conception Parish as they host Riverfest 2008. There is so much to see and do this weekend in New Madrid, Missouri! See ya there! |
