Benefits
- SACC members attend monthly luncheons, after-hours
mixers, ladies golf outings and other special
activities. Members are listed in publications
and on this website (Businesses
& Organizations); phone and walk-in inquiries
are referred to members. Ad campaigns promote
local shopping. Newsletters, bulletins, and seminars
provide business-enhancing information.
- SACC works with local governments, civic
leaders, and outside firms to encourage business
relocation and expansion in the Sikeston area.
The Chamber's Bootheel Regional Training Group
(BRTG) creates educational opportunities toward
a better-trained workforce by providing customized
training for area employees.
- SACC handles 20,000 phone calls and 4,000
visitors, and distibutes 6,000 city maps, relocation
packages, and hundreds of demographic data sheets
annually. Special events include; Redneck Barbecue
and Farmer's Recognition Luncheon, 4County Job
Fair, and Duckapolooza.
- SACC bolsters civic pride and community betterment
through its Annual Awards Banquet and SACC Spirit
Awards.

and include all categories of industrial, wholesale,
retail and service companies large and small....medical,
legal and financial professionals....civic groups,
churches, and local governments. All support SACC
in its mission to "Improve the business
climate and enhance the quality of life within
the area served"

Miner, and southern Scott County and northern
New Madrid County. SACC has served these communities
since November, 1913.
